The Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is a specialty center of the UTSA Institute for Economic Development (IED) assisting small and large businesses with no-cost advising, training, and networking with local, state, federal, and DOD agencies in support of large-scale expansion.  The Procurement Technical Assistance Center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
