Land Use & Development

Your Development Services Connection…Streamlining the Process.

The BSBEDF can work as your point of contact in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area to help streamline the land use and development process by assisting with property searches, utility information, coordination with local municipalities with respect to permitting, land use and entitlements (zoning, platting, etc.), labor market information, incentive negotiation and other services.

The Cities of Bulverde and Spring Branch are responsible for the planning of area residential and commercial developments within their city limits and their extraterritorial jurisdictions (ETJ) and Comal County is responsible for all other unincorporated areas outside of the ETJ of one of its cities.

Below is some useful information for each local governmental entity with respect to Land Use and Development matters. Click on topic to be directed to the specific information.
